Work night happy hour at the Triple Lindy

I sometimes walk by the Triple Lindy after work.  I pass it on the way to my wife's workplace in NW Portland.  The two miles helps take the edge off my workday and transition me into cooking/painting/TV/sit-on-my-ass mode.  Sometimes I make a stop at the Art Supply Store    It's an easier drive home than from my workplace downtown. The walk is worth the effort when the weather agrees though it is Portland in winter and the the weather doesn't always agree.

Triple Lindy consistently has around ten to twenty patrons inside and out at rush hour. Their shadows are barely noticeable against the sights and sounds of outdoor commuter traffic. Passersby include walkers, bikers, runners and dogs. Helmets, leashes and yoga pants contrast nicely with half full pints and outdoor smokers. No judgement here.  I've learned to appreciate every avenue people choose to wash off their work day.  Happy hour is from 4 -6 Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday.  Who knows someday I may actually stop IN.
